Where can I use my Sizzler Gift Card?

Sizzler Gift Cards can be used at any participating Sizzler location in the United States. To find a participating location near you, please click here.

In what amounts are Sizzler Gift Cards available?

If purchased at a participating Sizzler location, Sizzler Gift Cards are available in any denomination between $10 and $100. If purchasing online, Sizzler Gift Cards are available in $25, $50, $75 and $100 increments.

What happens if my Sizzler Gift Card is lost or stolen?

Please safeguard your card like cash, as Sizzler is not responsible for unauthorized use. We suggest you make a copy of the Card showing the 19-digit number, and save your receipt as we cannot replace the remaining value on a lost, stolen or damaged Card unless you can provide those records. Please e-mail sizzlergc@sizzlerusa.com. . Be sure to include your full name, contact information, gift card number, purchase date and purchase location.

Do Sizzler Gift Cards expire?

Our gift cards never expire.

Does Sizzler charge a monthly service fee for unused balances left on my Sizzler Gift Card?

To cover administrative costs, a $2.00 per month dormant account fee will be deducted from your account balance after 24 months of non-use, except for Cards purchased in California or where prohibited by law.

How do I check the balance on my Sizzler Gift Card?

You can verify the balance by going to any of our participating Sizzler restaurants, visiting sizzler.com or by calling our toll free number 1-800-309-9863.

Can I reload my Sizzler Gift Card?

The Sizzler Gift Card cannot be reloaded.

What happens if my Sizzler Gift Card is not functioning properly?

If your Sizzler Gift Card is not functioning properly, please call our toll fee number 1-800-309-9863 or email sizzlergc@sizzlerusa.com. Be sure to include your full name, contact information, gift card number, purchase date and purchase location.

Can I return a Sizzler Gift Card?

No, your Sizzler Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, except as required by law.

Are Sizzler Gift Cards accepted at our International locations?

Our International locations do not accept Sizzler Gift Cards purchased within the United States at this time.

What are shipping costs and when will my Sizzler Gift Card arrive?




  • All orders placed after 12:00PM (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped the next business day.

  • Orders received after 12:00PM (Pacific Standard Time) Friday will be shipped on Monday.

  • Gift cards sent via Federal Express can only be sent to a physical street address. Federal Express will not deliver to a P.O. Box. If sending via USPS Standard Mail, Gift cards can be sent to either a physical street address or a recognizable post office box.

  • USPS Standard Mail is not available for gift card purchases over $50.

  • A signature is required for the gift card to be delivered to a place of business. FedEx will make three attempts to deliver the package.

  • Delivery will depend upon the option you choose.


Do you deliver on Saturday or Sunday?

No, at this time we do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. However, if the gift card is shipping via USPS there is a possibility of it arriving on a Saturday.

Do you deliver outside of the United States?

No, at this time we do not deliver outside of the United States. We also do not deliver to Puerto Rico or Hawaii.

Can I place an order for delivery to Canada?

No, we do not deliver to Canadian addresses. At this time, we do not have any Sizzler restaurants located in Canada.

Can I place an order for delivery in the United States if I live in Canada?

No, currently we can not accept international forms of payment for online orders.

Can you deliver to Hawaii and Puerto Rico?

No, at this time we do not deliver to Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Can you deliver to a P.O. Box?

Federal Express does not ship to P.O. Boxes, however, USPS Standard Mail does. If you need delivery to a P.O. Box, please choose USPS Standard Mail.

Can you deliver to APO addresses?

At this time we cannot deliver gift cards to APO addresses.

Can I place an order if I have an APO address?

At this time we cannot accept an online order if the billing address is that of an APO.

What if I use USPS Standard Mail and my order takes too long or never shows up?

Orders not delivered in 14 business days will be replaced. The original Sizzler Gift Card will be deactivated and marked as stolen and a new card will be issued. We recommend that you plan for USPS Standard Mail service to take 7-14 business days. Orders are usually received within that time. If you suspect that there is a problem with your order, please send an email to sizzlergc@custcon.com.

Last time I placed an order with USPS Standard Mail and received it in 3 days, but this time it took 7 days. Why?

USPS Standard Mail service is reliant on the distance the order has to travel and mail volume. During peak mail times, service may take longer than usual.

Will I get confirmation of my order?

Yes, after your order is placed you will be emailed a confirmation that will include the details of your order.

Can I order a Sizzler Gift Card online and pick it up at my local restaurant?

At this time you are not able to pick up your online orders at our restaurants. When ordering online, Sizzler Gift Cards will be shipped directly to the address you provide.

Who should I contact if I want to make a bulk Sizzler Gift Card purchase?

To purchase more than 10 Sizzler Gift Cards at a time, please contact the Sizzler USA home office at (310) 846-8750, or email sizzlergc@sizzlerusa.com and include your full name and contact information.

Is it safe to give my credit card information online?

Keeping your information secure is a top priority for us. When you place your order through our website, you will transmit your order information, including credit card number, to our secure server. You will know it is secure when the lock appears in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

Will you sell my information to other companies?

We are just as concerned about ensuring your safety as you are. Sizzler will not trade, rent or sell your personal information. We will also never share your credit card number, email address, or other personal information.
